By downloading, installing, or using Noise Mixer developed by ChainBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Noise Mixer is a white noise and ambient sound application that provides:

  • A variety of white noise and ambient sound effects
  • Sound mixing and customization features
  • Timer and sleep aid functionality
  • Optional Pro subscription for premium features

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

  • Some features require an active subscription
  • Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
  • Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, features, and functionality of Noise Mixer are owned by ChainBox
  • The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Noise Mixer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ChainBox makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Health Disclaimer

Noise Mixer is designed to aid relaxation and sleep. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have hearing concerns, please consult a healthcare professional.

9. Modifications to Terms

ChainBox reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

ChainBox may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or ChainBox.
