Chapter I Runestone builder

Slot the loadout the way a Runebinder's Lattice does. One lattice is in the Forgotten Temple. Casting an ability reduces movement speed by 40%. Mana regenerates, and a weapon signature hit restores mana, with diminishing returns when several enemies are hit.

The notes do not say how many modifiers one ability can hold (TODO). Every legal modifier can be checked here, and none can be checked twice.

Enrage's +30% dealt and +20% taken stay as written. The notes do not say the damage multiplier rewrites those percentages, so they are not combined.

Estimates divide final damage or mana by the final cooldown. They are not an official per-second stat.
